Participation Rules:

(Division 16/Department 9/Article 1)

1. You must submit six whoopie pies. Disposable plate recommended. Fair is not responsible for lost or damaged non-disposable plates.

2. A complete recipe must accompany each entry. Recipe must include an ingredient twist.

3. Entries should be brought to the Agricultural Exhibition Hall between 5:30pm-6:15pm on Thursday, July 31st.

4. Judging will be based on Taste, Appearance and your Whoopie Pie's Twist.

5. No Contest Entry Fee. Admission to Fair required. May enter both contests.
