Northern Maine Fairgrounds is home of the long standing Northern Maine Fair. 2004 marked the 150th year for the fair.

Believe it or not, there are just 69 days until the 2008 Northern Maine Fair!

New Building Announced

The Northern Maine Fair Association has recently decided to construct an Agriculture Heritage Building that will serve as an agricultural museum and educational center. This new facility, a wood frame and metal sided building, would be located on the Northern Maine Fairgrounds, in order to preserve and display antique farm equipment.

You Can Help Plan Next Year's Fair

We are looking for some new blood with fresh ideas to help with the 154th fair. If you are energetic, full of ideas, and know how to get things done - we need you. There are plenty of ways to become involved in the planning and execution of next year's fair. You can attend planning meetings, join a planning committee, or even become a fair director. To get involved, just introduce yourself and let us know of your intentions and we will get you plugged in. We are anxious to hear from you!
