2010 Message From The President:

On behalf of the Northern Maine Fair Association, I welcome you to the 156th Annual Northern Maine Agricultural Fair and Music Festival.  Each year we try to focus on our history, agriculture and providing quality entertainment for all. 2009 proved to be our most attended Fair on record and with the changes and additions we have added this year we hope to better last years attendance.

I thank the tremendously dedicated board of directors who have spent hours planning this year's events. "The Fair" would not be possible without all the hardworking volunteers, exhibitors, participants, sponsors and donations from our supporters.   Together, we have planned exciting, educational, and family fun events for July 30 thru August 7.   

This year we are very excited to have Vicenta Pages and her six white striped Bengal tigers for all nine days of The Fair. In addition, Michael Trautman will present his physical comedy theatre for four days. Back by popular demand will be The Boost Freestyle MX motocross show.  This Grandstand show will certainly keep you on the edge of your seat! We will also be adding to this years fair a Little Miss pageant which is sure to be a big event.

Other changes we are excited about include an all new transportation show, three nights of harness racing, livestock demonstrations, many new cooking contests and the return of Olde McDonalds Farm just to name a few. 

This year, The Fair will prove the most memorable with much camaraderie, great food, and entertainment to highlight your summer vacation.   Join us from July 30 to August 7.
