I/We, the undersigned, agree that if any loss shall occur to any horse or property, which I bring onto the Presque Isle Fair Grounds, I will make no claims thereof. I further agree to indemnify the Presque Isle Fair Horse Show Committee and all show officials or committee members against all claims, demands, suits, and expenses arising out of an injury to any person or damage to any property caused by my horse, attendants, or myself. I accept as final, the decisions of the Horse Show Committee on any questions rising under said rules and agree to hold this show, its officials, directors, and employees blameless of any action taken. By signing this form, I certify that my animal(s) and myself are covered for liability on an insurance policy held by parents or guardians and/or myself
